The Application Process
OSA’s current openings are hosted on EdJoin. Interested candidates should head to EdJoin to view all positions and submit an application. After you apply, the hiring team reviews every application carefully. Due to high volumes, responses may take a little time, but please know that each application is given thoughtful consideration.
What to Expect After You Apply
Once reviewed, selected candidates will be contacted by the hiring manager for a preliminary phone or video interview. Successful candidates from this first round will then be invited to an on-site interview at our Downtown Oakland campus. If selected, the final steps include a reference check and work experience verification before we extend a formal offer.
